How to Return
Send back your returned items to the address below, please enclose a note with the reason for the return, your order number, and the items you wish to return. Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags still attached. We will only accept returned items that are unworn / un-damaged.

Exchanging
Please send your item back with a note advising what you would like to exchange the returning item for, once this is received then we shall exchange and send the replacement item out to you accordingly. If you would like to reserve the replacement item before returning your order then please contact us for availability on alternative sizes/styles so we can reserve the replacement items for you.

Some FAQs about returns
How do I return or exchange an item?
To send an order back to us for either an exchange or refund you can use any desired method courier such as the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, UPS etc. Please send the item back to our returns department undamaged/unworn in the original packaging with all tags still attached, if an item is not returned in the same condition as it is received, i.e. damaged/worn, without the original packaging or tags etc, then a refund or an exchange maybe refused.
Do I have to pay to return an item?
You will need to pay for the return of an item, if the item is returned for an exchange then we will cover the cost to have the replacement delivered back out to you.
Will I be refunded for the full value of the item returned?
Provided items are returned to the specification of how to return an item, i.e unworn/undamaged, then a full refund will be credited to the account used for purchase.
How long do I have to return an unwanted item?
You have up to 21 days after the delivery of your purchase to return the item for either an exchange or refund.
What happens if i want to exchange an item for a more/less expensive item?
If you are exchanging an item for a more expensive item then you can either call for us to take further payment or advise us to rebill your previous account for the difference within the returned parcel. If the item is exchanged for a less expensive item then we will refund the difference back to the original account accordingly.
