Brand Spotlight: Bonobos

About Bonobos

Bonobos began in 2007 with one goal in mind: to make a particularly great pair of perfect fitting pants. For the founders of the brand, Brian Spaly and Andy Dunn, pants were either too boxy or too tight, and they were determined to change that. After countless hours spent cultivating every detail, they came up with the solution: A signature waistband that conforms to the natural shape of your waist. A trimmer, more flattering cut and the perfect medium rise. The idea was simple, but since then, their line has expanded dramatically to include shorts, polos, jackets, sweaters, and more.

1. Tailored- narrowest fit in the seat and upper thigh with a distinct taper from the mid thigh down
2. Slim-trim, but not tight, in the seat with a moderate taper from the mid thigh down
3. Athletic-roomiest fit in the seat and thigh with a distinct taper below the knee for a fitted look
4. Straight-trim, but not tight, in the seat with a leg that stays straight from the mid thigh down.
