Return Instructions for Domestic orders

Return items to the address below, please enclose a note with the reason for the return, your order number, and the items you wish to return. Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags still attached. We will only accept returned items that are unworn/undamaged with the original tags included.

Returns - Store Credit

Any orders returned after 21 business days will be granted a store credit up to 90 days after purchase. Returns received after 90 days will not be honoured and the goods will be donated to charity.

Exchange Instructions for Domestic Orders

Please send your item back with a note advising what you would like to exchange the returning item for. Exchanges can only be processed if you have an account already set up with TRENDYGOLF. Exchanges can only be processed if you would like to change for that same item but in a different size. We are unable to process your exchange if you would like to exchange for a different product or a different color as this procedure will be rejected, as a new order will have to be placed. Once this item is received then we shall exchange and send the replacement item out to you accordingly. All exchanges will be sent to the original address unless notified. Once your exchange is processed you will receive a new order confirmation to the original email address provided. If we no longer have stock of the item you would like to exchange for, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method or store credit.

Please be sure all items being sent back to TRENDYGOLF are new, unworn and with tags attached in the original packaging. Failure to do so will result in the item being sent back to you as we are unable to resell the product.

International Returns and Exchanges

Return Instructions for International Orders

For orders needing to be returned or exchanged and originating outside the United States, it is the customer’s financial responsibility to ship back the unwanted items. Items should be marked “Returns of no commercial value” for entry to the USA. Returns will not be accepted by TRENDYGOLF if shipped COD (cash on delivery). It is recommended that packages are shipped insured and with signature required as the package is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches the returns department.

Please be sure all items being sent back to TRENDYGOLF are new, unworn and with tags attached in original packaging.

Credit will not be issued on any shipping or duty fees incurred for either the outgoing shipment or incoming shipment. This is the financial responsibility of the customer.

Exchange Instructions for International Orders

International Exchanges will be not permitted please contact TRENDYGOLF Customer Service in advance with any questions, alternatively you can place the order to guarantee the item but we will not reserve any orders.

For exchanges originating outside the United States are not permitted at this time, it is the customer’s financial responsibility to ship back the unwanted items for a refund. Returns FAQs

How do I return or exchange an item?

To send an order back to us for either an exchange or refund you can use any desired method courier such as the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, UPS etc. Please send the item back to our returns department undamaged/unworn in the original packaging with all tags still attached, if an item is not returned in the same condition as it is received, i.e. damaged/worn, without the original packaging or tags etc, then a refund or an exchange maybe refused.

Do I have to pay to return an item?

You will need to pay for the return of an item unless shipped within the U.S. All domestic orders include a pre-paid Fedex return label that can be obtained by emailing [email protected] (please include your order number starting with TGUS) to return items free of charge. If the item is returned for an exchange then we will cover the cost to have the replacement delivered back out to you.

How do I arrange the Fedex return?

Please email [email protected] for a free returns label. Once you have received the returns label, print off the label and attach to the outside of a securely sealed parcel and drop off at your local fedex office.

Will I be refunded for the full value of the item returned?

Provided items are returned to the specification of how to return an item, i.e unworn/undamaged, then a full refund will be credited to the account used for purchase. Items need to be returned within 21 business days of purchase for a refund of a full credit to the original payment method, and within 90 days for a store credit to your TRENDYGOLF account.

How long do I have to return an unwanted item?

You have up to 21 days after the delivery of your purchase to return the item for either an exchange or refund.

What happens if I want to exchange an item for a more/less expensive item?

If you are exchanging an item for a more expensive item then you can either call for us to take further payment or advise us to rebill your previous account for the difference within the returned parcel. If the item is exchanged for a less expensive item then we will refund the difference back to the original account accordingly.
