How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped an email will be sent to the email address that you have provided with all relevant tracking information for you to track the progress of your parcel. If you do not receive this email then please contact our customer service team who can assist you.

How can I make changes to my order?

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct when the order is placed. 

If you do need to make any changes to your order then please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched then our team will be happy to assist you with making changes. Once your order has been dispatched then making changes is more difficult, but our customer service team will be happy to talk through your options.

Orders outside the US will be dispatched using the FedEx International Economy service the day of ordering and can take 5-10 business days depending on where the package is being shipped (prices vary depending on the country). Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

We have free US returns on all US orders over $150. There will be a returns label with your order confirmation form within your parcel, this can be peeled off and placed on the outside of the returning parcel, then returned at your local FedEx office, free of charge. Returns for US orders under $150 will need to be arranged using a carrier of your choice, at the recipient's cost.


All returns from outside of the US are the responsibility of the customer, for further information please see our full returns information.

What Shipping options are available?

UK Shipping Options:

All orders within the US placed by 1200 hrs PST time will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next working day.

International Shipping Options:

All international orders must be placed before 1pm BST to be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next working day.

When should I expect the delivery of my parcel?

For orders placed in the contiguous United States, FedEx Express promises delivery in 1 - 3 business days. Cost is $14.99 to $19.99 for all orders under $150.00 and free for all orders over $150.00 *Additional charges may apply for shoes and bags. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will ship via the FedEx and delivery can be expected in 3 - 4 business days.

  1. Two-day delivery is 2 working day delivery that and costs $14.99 for delivery in the United States (Mainland).
  2. Shipments to Canada are 2 - 3 business days via Federal Express and cost $35.00 (not including tax or duties).
  3. International deliveries outside North America are $40.00 (not including tax or duties) and can take 3 - 7 business days for delivery.
  4. All domestic orders will be delivered by Federal Express from 9am - 7pm.
  5. Domestic orders shipping to residential locations will be delivered using the FedEx Home Delivery service. 'Home Delivery' delivers between Tuesday and Saturday, from 9am - 7pm.
Which Countries does TRENDYGOLF ship to?

TRENDYGOLF ships to all countries on the delivery dropdown list upon checkout. If your Country does not appear on our dropdown please contact our Customer Services team to enquire.

I am an International customer, how much duty will I have to pay?

TRENDYGOLF is not responsible for brokerage fees, import taxes or duties applied when the package enters the destination country. Customers should consult the customs legislation of their country. Returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If orders are refused by customers at the point of delivery or if there is a chargeback to TRENDYGOLF for return shipping or duties, the customer is financially responsible and it will be deducted from their credit.

My parcel says it has been delivered but I haven’t received it, what should I do?

On your delivery notification will be a photograph of the location in which your parcel has been delivered. Please also check that another member of your household or a neighbour has not taken the parcel in on your behalf. If you are still unable to locate your parcel, please email our customer service team who will be happy to assist you. 

I haven’t received a confirmation email, what should I do?

Please check your spam/junk folder in case the email has gone into this folder. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email then please email our customer service team with your name and the date that you placed the order. Email


How do I return an item?

Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straight away if you are unhappy with the product for any reason.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to:

  • Please return ALL items in the condition you received them. Make sure items are free of lint, hair and are returned fooled with original bags and tags. If your return is received without the original packaging or in any condition other than brand new you may be subject to a cleaning fee ($10) or denied return.

* Domestic orders over $150 are provided a free return label with the order. All other returns including International orders can be returned at the financial responsibility of the customer.

Any returned items that do not meet these guidelines will be rejected and shipped back to the customer.

Returns received more than 30 days after the original purchase date will be rejected and returned to the customer.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Once your return is received and processed you will receive a Reimbursement Notification email with an amount refunded.

Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. These Items will be labeled (Final Sale) in the title of the product.

Do I have to pay to return an item?

You will need to pay for the return of an item unless shipped within the U.S. All domestic orders over $150 dollars are free to return and will have a pre-paid FedEx return label included. All orders under $150 must be returned at the recipients' cost.

I sent my return back but have not had confirmation of it being received, what should I do?

We will issue your refund from 14 to 21 days upon reaching our facility.

During sales please expect a possible delay in your refund due to a higher volume of returns.

We have updated our returns policy and as of 2/4/21 we no longer offer exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Will I be refunded for the full value of the item returned?

Provided items are returned to the desired specification, i.e unworn/undamaged and tags still attached then a full refund will be credited to the account used for purchase.

How long do I have to return an unwanted/Faulty item?

You have 30 days after receiving your purchase to return the item(s) to us, in the bags and with the tags attached as they were received. For any faulty item that you receive, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to notify us of such fault but we will deal with any fault thereafter on a case-by-case basis.

Can I exchange an item?

An exchange can be made for an item of the same value or less expensive than the original item ordered. We cannot do exchanges for items that are more expensive than the original item. 

Please complete the details of the exchange you would like in the comments section on the returns form. If the new item requested is the same value then a straight exchange can be made. If the new item requested is less expensive than the original item then the exchange will be made and the money difference will be refunded. 

Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of which your return is processed. If we do not have stock of the item requested then a refund will be processed. To help you have the best chance of getting the new item that you would like, we would recommend sending your unwanted item back for a refund and re-ordering the new item through the website. 

I have a faulty item, what should I do?

Please email our customer service team with your order number, a description of the faulty item and photographs of the fault. We deal with faulty items on a case-by-case basis based on brand warranty policies.


Why did we create the Loyalty Program?

With the TRENDYGOLF Loyalty Program, we are rewarding loyal customers. All regular customers can benefit from gaining loyalty points and moving up through the tier levels.

How can I benefit from the Loyalty Program?

You can benefit from the loyalty program simply by creating a TRENDYGOLF customer account.  All registered customers can work towards their tier status with every order that contains applicable products. You can also gain points through other means such as following us on social media pages, referring a friend and even be gifted points on your birthday!

What type of levels are there?

Within the Loyalty Program, there are four levels:  BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD and BLACK:

  • BRONZE - Simply create a customer account
  • SILVER - You have collected 500 points
  • GOLD - You have collected 1000 points
  • BLACK - You have collected 2000 points

How do I earn points?

You can earn points in the rewards program by making purchases on the TRENDYGOLF website. 

For every pound spent, you will earn one point. 

You can also earn points by referring friends to TRENDYGOLF.

How do I redeem my points?

Redeeming your hard-earned points is easy. Simply apply your points for a discount at checkout! 

You must be logged into your account to redeem your points. Points can be redeemed on the checkout page. From there, you can choose how many points you would like to use and apply them to your purchase at checkout. 

100 points = $10.00, 200 points = $20, 300 points = $30 and 400 points = $40

A minimum of 150 points is required to apply them, and a minimum basket value of $140 applies for points to be redeemed. The basket value is calculated after any discounts have been applied to the basket.

Do rewards points expire?

Yes, rewards points expire after 12 months days if not redeemed.

What happens to returned products?

Returned products do not count towards your tier. If you return part of your order, your rewards points will be adjusted in line with the remainder spent on your order.

How do I move up the tier levels?

Your tier in the rewards program is determined by the number of points you have earned over the past 12 months. As you earn more points, you will move up to a higher tier.

Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?

Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your rewards account.
