Returns
All DOMESTIC orders over $150 will receive a prepaid return label.
● Please email or call if a return label is not included in the package. One will be sent to the email on file.
1. Securely pack your items with the original packing slip and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the
package.
2. Ship your package by dropping it off at any authorized FedEx drop-off location.
3. Once we have received and processed your return, you will be notified by email. Returns can take
upwards of 7-14 business days to be shipped back and fully processed.
DOMESTIC orders under $150 are the financial obligations of the customer to return all items.
● Simply take your package to a local FEDEX, UPS, or POST OFFICE, and mail back within the 30-days.
● Obtain any tracking information as the contents of the package will be your responsibility until our
receipt.
